4 Apples (peeled, cored and chopped)
3/4 C Water
1/4 C Sugar - (I put a little less.)
1/2 tsp. CinnamonThrow it all in a pot and simmer about 20 mins. Mush up apple pieces with a fork if there are any that didn't cook down all the way. - I left mine a little chunky.
If you want to freeze a bunch I would double or triple the recipe.
